1. Read the official website of the conference carefully. Record the key contents, such as workshop time, venue, deadline, registration deadline, etc. as well as download the Manuscript-template and CV-template provided on the official website.
(Note: The workshop will be held on October 18, 2024; the workshop will be held both Physical workshop online; paper deadline is October 5, 2024; registration deadline is October 15, 2024)
2. Prepare the paper. Articles must be submitted by the workshop deadline, i.e. by October 5, 2024. The format of the article needs to be adjusted according to the Manuscript-template provided in the Download section.
3. Submission. Please revise your paper and submit it according to the Manuscript-template. Please pay attention to the download section for detailed templates.

Excellent papers selected by the conference can be expanded and submitted by the authors to the journals included in Web of Science, EI Compendex, and Scopus. All supporting journals are subjecting submissions to the double-blind peer-review process. The decision on publication will depend on the peer-review process. Accordingly, a guarantee for publication will not be issued before making the submission and completion of the review process. But the article recommended by the conference greatly increases the chance of acceptance.
